Wiring & Hardware

Features

The DB Style 37 Conductor plugs are perfect for wiring multiple control panels.  They have solder cup pins and sockets so no special crimper is required.  Strain Relief Hoods and hardware is included.  The connectors can be fastened to the control panel with small wood screws or can be used in-line.

The Vinyl Insulated Crimp Disconnects are used to connect each of the control wires (16-22 gauge) to the Push Buttons and Joysticks.  The Butt Connector is used to splice wires (16-22 gauge) together (you many need these if you are wiring up a Tracball).  The Economy Crimper will make crimping these items very easy.

The 4" Zip Ties are perfect for keeping all of the wires in order inside the control panel and the Zip Tie Mounts securely holds the wiring bundle to the cabinet.
